GM Comments:  Terror on the high seas - 4 new fleets, 2 new armies, and one army disbands.  Upon hearing of the fall of Winterfell, Arya truly becomes a faceless man, and embraces the words "Valar Morghulis".  Also: the draw does not pass -  so we play on!

Notes:  I'll break the 4th wall: Not everyone submitted a vote to me for the draw, which is why I said it didn't pass, and not that it was rejected.  That person has been alerted and should get me their vote ASAP, as I don't believe anyone else's vote changes with these builds.  As soon as I get a YES vote from everyone, I'll announce that the game is over.   Until then, our deadline is Sunday October 8th at midnight EST.  Also: I didn't have to look up how to spell Valar Morghulis and I'm gonna ride that nerd high ALL WEEKEND.
